Esse Quam Videri Society
"To Be Rather Than Seem to Be."

The Esse Quam Videri Society is an honored group of alumni, parents and friends whose commitment to the School extends beyond their lifetime.

Currently, the EQV Society is seventy-two members strong. $7.75 million in known deferred gifts is managed in trusts, gift annuities, life insurance policies and pooled income funds with Salisbury as the designated beneficiary. However, this figure is modest given the unknown nature of bequests.

These generous intentions will one day translate into a substantially larger endowment. Society members create opportunities for increased scholarship aid, faculty support and facilities improvement. Preserving a distinctive education for Salisbury boys is their goal.

Esse Quam Videri Society members help to keep the Light in the Cupola burning brightly and Salisbury is a better school as a result of this form of continued loyalty and support.
